Cancellation Policy
At the time of booking we require a one night’s deposit (net of taxes).
If the guest cancels prior to 2 weeks of their arrival, their deposit will be refunded, less a $50.00 cancellation fee.
If the guest cancels within 2 weeks of their arrival, we will keep the deposit, unless we can sell the room (cottage), in which case we will refund the deposit less a $50.00 fee.
